About

One person, start to finish.

I'm Paulo. I'm from Brazil and I work in English, Spanish and Portuguese. I design and build websites for small businesses, mostly around Volusia and Flagler, the kind of places where the owner answers the phone. I do the whole job myself, from the first sketch to the last line of code, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.

I care about sites that load fast, read clearly and move with a bit of intent. Motion should show you where to look, not show off. If a page can say something in fewer words, I cut the words. If it needs a little theatre to feel like your business, I build the theatre.

Services

Design, build, launch, care. One person from the first sketch to the last line of code, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off.

DesignBuildLaunchCare
  1. Design

I start with how your customers actually find and choose you, then design the pages around that. You see real layouts in the browser early, not a slide deck. Type, color and motion get decided together so the site feels like one thing.

  2. Build

I build the site by hand with modern, well-supported tools, so it stays fast on an old phone and a weak signal. Every page is tested on real screen sizes and with a keyboard. You get code you own, not a template you rent.

  3. Launch

I handle the domain, hosting, redirects from your old site and the basics search engines need. On launch day I check every page again on live hardware. You get a short plain-language guide to what was set up and where.

  4. Care

After launch I can stay on for small updates, new pages and seasonal changes. If something breaks, you text me instead of filing a ticket. No lock-in: you can take the site anywhere, any time.

Concept work,
made up on purpose.

Six fictional small businesses, designed and built as if they were real. Move across a card: the wireframe is where each one started, the finished design is where it ended up.

03 / Process

Rough idea,
finished site.

Five steps. Each one ends with something you can click, read or approve.

  1. 01 / Step

    Listen

We talk about your business, who you serve and what the site has to do for you. I ask about the questions customers repeat on the phone, because the site should answer them first.

  2. 02 / Step

    Sketch

I lay out the pages in grey boxes, the rough version, so we can agree on what goes where before anything gets polished. Changing a sketch is cheap. Changing a finished page is not.

  3. 03 / Step

    Design

The sketch gets type, color, photography direction and motion, built right in the browser. You click through it on your own phone and tell me what feels off.

  4. 04 / Step

    Build

I turn the approved design into the real site: fast, accessible and easy to update. I test it on phones, tablets and big screens, and fix what I find.

  5. 05 / Step

    Launch and care

We go live together. I check everything on the real address, hand over the keys, and stay reachable for the small things that come up after.
