Terms of Service
Updated October 1, 2026. These terms describe use of Paulo Pereira's website and inquiries. They do not replace a project-specific agreement.
1. Website inquiries
This website lets you explore services and request a website or a call. The contact form creates an email draft; it does not send it automatically. A request is not a confirmed booking, accepted quote or project agreement. Contact by email or phone to discuss the next step.
2. Scope and prices
Build prices are starting points in US dollars. The final quote depends on the pages, design, features and work required. Monthly care is optional. Project deliverables, fees, payment arrangements, included changes and any separate hosting or tool costs need to be agreed in writing before work starts.
3. Estimated timing
A Launch site can take 24โ48 hours once content and scope are ready. Timing depends on how custom the work is and may vary. Materials, feedback, approvals and third-party integrations can affect the schedule. A project-specific timeline is agreed before starting; the website is not a delivery guarantee.
4. Materials and ownership
Only provide material that you own or have permission to use. Any rights to custom code, designs, domains and other deliverables, and any transfer or license, need to be set out in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, platforms and assets remain subject to their own terms. This page does not promise automatic transfer of ownership.
5. Demonstrations and third parties
The Lab and concept builds demonstrate design and coding. Concept builds are fictional, not client projects or client results. Interactive features can vary by browser and device. Links to external services do not make those services part of a confirmed engagement. Search rankings, third-party availability and future platform behavior are not guaranteed.
6. Languages and project terms
The main website is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese; these terms are currently in English. A project's written agreement sets its specific terms. Ask for clarification before accepting a quote or starting work.
