Privacy Policy

1. Contact information
The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not submit that email to this website or confirm an appointment. You choose whether to send it. Information you send by email, phone, text or WhatsApp can be used to respond to your inquiry and discuss a project. Your email, phone and messaging providers have their own privacy practices. Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
2. Optional analytics
Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are optional tools used to measure page views and website performance. When configured, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity also help understand page views, interactions and technical issues. They may process browser and device information, usage data and identifiers; Clarity can provide session recordings. This website loads these tools only after analytics consent. An email-draft action can be recorded as an action, not a completed inquiry, and the analytics event does not include your message or business name.
3. Your choice and Global Privacy Control
Your choice is saved in this browser's local storage under pp_cookie_consent when storage is available. A Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a denial and cannot be overridden by the Accept button. You can reopen preferences using Cookie settings. Declining after optional tools have loaded or been queued reloads the page to clear their running code. Save any unsent form text before declining. You can also clear site data in your browser; that resets the saved choice.
4. Hosting and external services
The hosting provider processes requests needed to deliver the website. External services you choose to open, including email, telephone and WhatsApp links, operate under their own policies. No account or payment information is requested by this website. Interactive demonstrations do not persist their temporary state. The site chat assistant sends the questions you type, plus a few recent messages for context, to a separate assistant service on Vercel, which passes them through Vercel AI Gateway to Anthropic to write an answer. Opening the chat sends nothing. The service does not store transcripts or log message text, but Vercel and Anthropic process requests under their own policies, so please do not type personal or sensitive information. If the AI service is unavailable, the chat answers from preset site information in your browser. Some interactive assets are fetched from external providers to display the website.
5. Languages and questions
The main website is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. This policy is currently provided in English. For questions about information you have sent, or a request to access, correct or delete it, use the contact details below. Identity and applicable obligations may need to be checked before a request is completed.
